Where do you operate?
We serve Warsaw. The service is performed in a safe outdoor location with enough space around the car. We do not work in enclosed underground garages.
Which packages are available?
Choose Interior, Exterior or Full car. Full car combines the complete interior-cleaning and steam exterior-washing scope during one visit.
Do you steam-clean the interior?
Not in the standard package. We thoroughly vacuum the interior, clean it with suitable products and wash the glass from inside. Steam is used for the exterior.
How long does the service take?
Interior usually takes about 45–55 minutes, Exterior 60–80 minutes and Full car 100–120 minutes. The system shows the time adjusted to the vehicle size and add-ons.
Can the price change?
The price shown when booking applies to the selected vehicle size and a car with a standard level of soiling. If you chose the wrong size or the car needs additional work, we will confirm any change to the scope, duration and price before starting.
What if there is a lot of pet hair?
Select Pet hair removal under Add-ons. We will reserve extra time for more thorough vacuuming. If the amount of hair is exceptionally large, we may contact you before starting to confirm the scope.
Do you wash fabric upholstery?
Not at this stage. Interior includes thorough vacuuming and cleaning of basic surfaces, but does not include fabric upholstery washing or stubborn stain removal.
What is leather upholstery protection?
This optional add-on involves cleaning leather seats with a specialist product and applying a protective treatment. You can select it with Interior or Full car.
Can I use the car immediately afterwards?
Yes. The standard package does not include wet upholstery cleaning, so you can use the car normally as soon as the service is complete and the car is handed back.
How do I book?
Select Book now, then choose the package, vehicle size, optional add-ons, address and an available appointment. Before confirming, you will see a summary of the scope, price and estimated duration.
Does steam washing reduce water consumption?
Steam washing can reduce water consumption compared with many traditional methods. We do not state one figure for every car because actual use depends on size and soiling.
What if weather prevents safe work?
If conditions do not allow safe outdoor work, we will contact you and agree the next step or a new date.
